Practicing Tea Ceremonies is also a great way to calm the self and ease the mind.
Tea Ceremonies are like moving/seated mediations where we get to have tea and sweets (or snacks :) ). It's a lot like yoga or a martial art, where you progress through various forms depending on the tea or tools you are using. All Cultures have their version of a "Tea Ceremony", you just have to find what best fits you!
Finding Tea for me, personally, was a cosmic connection.
It was like Finding an Old Friend.
A Relationship That you did not know existed, until you see it.
Primarily, with my Honey-Bunny, making tea wares together in our Home Studio,
We came together to build a business with a cause: create artisan quality products that are affordable while providing a way for the community to create.

It started with one wheel in our home, where we taught over a 100,000 and made ceramics together.
